DRAGON FLUTES RISING
Aloha~ I was apprenticed by Michael Morningsun in 2004 in Hawaii, I have made over 300 flutes. These end blown flutes are known as Xaos, and are a Chinese cultural flute. I also make transverse, or side blown flutes too.
Since 2005 I have been playing my flutes during Svasana. My intention for playing the flute is to evoke sensation, feeling..to move & be moved, by the music coming from the flute. Often it is the space between the notes that allows me to pause and consider.. what I just felt..
Forrest Yoga Circle, Exhale Center for Sacred Movment, & Yoga Tree are a few of the studios that have hosted me. Now I live in the Bay Area. My list of studios continues to grow, as there are so many amazing yogis and yoginis here~
